Platform that manages the Company Production, based on the concept of modularity.
There are multiple modules for data collection, management and scheduling of the production department on a single location.
The modules included in the IMS platform are:
-Traceability (ITS)
-Processing Stages (IJFS)
-Production (IPS)
-Statistics (ISS)
-Remote Assistance (which will start TeamViewer)
The modular IMS platform has the possibility to insert new modules inside it to meet the needs of each customer.
Traceability (ITS)
The Traceability module aims to archive and consult the traceability data from different machines of the production flow used in the production of electronic cards.
The Traceability screen will allow the user to search by PCB ID and view all the data recorded in the various machines associated with the searched object.
Within the form there will be search fields and some result areas, one for each type of machine configured in the production line.
In each area it will be possible to display a preview window in which the results will be reported, where it will then be possible to print or export (in PDF or Excel format) the information displayed.
Here are some examples of data that can be imported from some machines in the production flow:
Traceability Printer
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• pasta model
• pasta lot
• F / R blade pressure
• F / R blade speed
• temperature
• humidity
SPI traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• result
Pick & Place traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• item number
• reference designator
• unique reel code
Oven traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• single zone temperatures
• conveyor speed
AOI traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• AOI result (before)

In agreement with the Government, on March 14, trade unions and companies signed a protocol to protect the health and safety of workers from possible contagion from the new coronavirus and ensure the healthiness of the workplace.
The contents of the shared protocol for the regulation of measures to combat and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the workplace are:
Covid-19 - Worker safety
Checks at the entrance of the company
The staff, before entering the workplace may be subjected to body temperature control. If this is higher than 37.5 °, access will not be allowed. People in this condition will be temporarily isolated and provided with masks.
